how to make summer soup

Chilled cucumber soup with all sorts of fermented wonders such as kim chi and sauerkraut, and a perfect poached egg, heavy on the dill. Amazing #summer food today at my favourite inner west Sydney cafe that also happens to be vegetarian, Cornersmith.  πŸ™ŒπŸ»βœ¨ I really should have cut that soft poached egg open before I took the photo!
