chocolate chia pudding

YES! A chocolate pudding that actually makes you feel great. Chia seeds are one of the highest sources of protein in the plant kingdom, so they’re great to have on hand as a post-workout treat. Cacao is full of antioxidants and high protein yoghurt does everything for gut health as well as add extra protein to your diet. These chocolate chia puddings have it all!

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp cacao

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 170g Chobani FiT vanilla yoghurt

  • 10g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more)

Combine in a jar with a lid the chia, cacao, vanilla and cinnamon with 1 ½ cups water. Cover with lid and shake to combine. Set aside 1 hour or more. Divide chia pudding between four small glasses and top with dollops of yoghurt, then grate over chocolate, if using, and serve. Makes 4 small puddings.
